Like most of the popular Kannada films of the yesteryears back again, this ‘Muthina Haara’ a war backdrop cinema of icon Dr Vishnuvardhana and Suhasini in SV Rajendra Singh Babu of 1990 is back with just the title.

Prithvi grandson of GK Venkatesh has signed his second film even before release of ‘Nanu Maththu Varalakshmi’. On Kanakadasa Jayanthi at Kanteerava studio, Chiranjeevi Sarja sounded clap board with the backdrop of Dr Vishnuvardhana portrait. Rishika Singh alias Rohini Singh unveiled the poster of Dr Vishnu in Muthina Hara get up and wished good luck to the team.

Short film maker and ad company employee Mysorean Rishi B Ramayya has written story, screenplay and heading the team as director. It is the concept of Sindhura Creations Private Limited that was evolved two years ago.

It is a crowd funded cinema with cooperation even from auto rickshaw driver. There are nearly 100 people as producers contributing Rs. 2 crores. The shoot is planned in Benglauru, Mangaluru and Goa.

 
Protagonist Prithvi is son of a soldier and obviously the relevance of Dr Vishnu Muththina Haara was discussed and kept for the film. Yamuna is playing mother, Ravishanker, Bullet Prakash plus four stars join in guest role.

The protests are undertaken with mass support but in this film the protagonist wages a lone battle to set right things. Prithvi has two shades to perform in this film. Akanksha Poojari a model from Mumbai makes debut.

Ajanish Lokanath is scoring music for five songs. Lahari Velu has come forward to release the audio and lauded the white money usage for making of this film.

The film designer is journalist Manjunath Sanjeev. Manjunath Sanjeev explained on the economics of the film after it is released. Kaddi Pudi Chandru is taking white money for the first time in his career.

Umesh Banakar, Deepti Kapse, Harshika Poonachcha and others were present to bless the team.
